Gewurtzstraminner ou sylvaner pour accompagner le foie gras ? Personnellement je préfère un bon moëlleux blanc, Blason Timberlay a mes faveurs ainsi que le Montbazillac.
Le Gewurtzstraminner donne mieux en accompagnement de plats de poissons ou de moules je trouve.

Désolé de répondre à côté mais pour le foie gras en terrine, je préfère le rouge, comme un bon Bordeaux par exemple. Maintenant, je ne suis pas sûr que le Sylvaner soit bien adapté au foie gras, trop acidulé à mon goût. S'il faut vraiment choisir, va pour le Gewurtz et le Sylvaner pour les huîtres et le saumon.
